Nishi means West. "Mrs. West"

She has been involved in a strange group/cult that requires the members to get up and attend meetings at about 5:30 am every morning. One of the names they go by means "morals", and they do teach some very good habits. Everything is to be done promptly, and peace is to be maintained in the home. They are very strong on submission to husbands.

Trouble is, that's all it it. No food for the soul. Mrs. Nishi is searching for something deeper, and has decided to attend both church, and a weekly Bible study.

I'm teaching the Bible study. We're working through a course called Firm Foundations that has 50 lessons before it leads people to salvation. I know that's a lot, but the idea is that there will be a "firm foundation" by the time they actually accept Christ, and most problems new believers face will be eliminated.

Mrs. Nishi is a perky, slim mother of two high school boys. I'll try to get a picture within a few days. In the meantime, please start praying for her regularly. She definitely wants to hear the gospel, but isn't ready to quit her other involvement, and is getting rather tired from getting up so early, and then having lessons during the day as well.
