Ted Wilkinson. my father, is the pastor and founder of Kurume Bible Church. He grew up on a farm and in a small community Church in Oregon, and loves to build, farm, and tramp in the woods. He’ll be 73 years old this month, and if you know any 73 year olds, you know that some days are a lot better than others.
Pray that his messages will be powerful, well prepared, and delivered in good Japanese.
Pray also for he health, as he has had bypass surgery recently, and seems to need a lot of sleep.
And pray that God will guide his every decision as he works at discipling the men in the church.
My mom, Carol Wilkinson has been plagued with health problems for years. She suffers from a dysfunctional pancreas, one failed kidney, a sensitive stomach, distended intestines, sleep apnea, and a weak heart to name just a few.
Pray for her as she struggles through the weakness to guide the ladies in the church, not only with a weekly women’s Bible study, but through private counseling sessions with someone almost every day.
